CLASS SCHEDULE
Important Notes:
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class
- Don’t eat a heavy meal 2 hours before class
- Do not wear a perfume for your yoga practice
- Bring extra cloths if you are doing a hot or warm class
- (A) All Level
- (B) Beginner
- ( I ) Intermediate
- (*) Small group of 4 people per class
- (NEW) new class sequences & new teachers
- (§) Suitable for winter practice
