CLASS SCHEDULE

Important Notes:

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class
  • Don’t eat a heavy meal 2 hours before class
  • Do not wear a perfume for your yoga practice
  • Bring extra cloths if you are doing a hot or warm class
  • (A) All Level 
  • (B) Beginner
  • ( I ) Intermediate
  • (*) Small group of 4 people per class
  • (NEW) new class sequences & new teachers
