Seham is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200 hours) interested in spreading awareness of conducting a healthy lifestyle. With a degree in Physical Therapy and currently undergoing her master degree preparation in Human Anatomy. Seham underwent her training as physiotherapist in different hospitals of Kuwaiti ministry of health (M.O.H). She has experience in dealing with patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. She was first introduced to yoga in 2010 during her final exams in collage. Since then she started to experience the positive transformation that yoga has added to her life. She started to be more curious about yoga. This curiosity led her to Koh Samui, Thailand to become a certified yoga teacher in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Seham believes that leading a balanced and a healthy lifestyle is the key for a healthy mind and a happy life.
