Colourful smoothie to waken your taste buds

Brighten up your day with this pop of colour smoothie
In high speed blender:

2 cups watermelon ( blend it first separately – this is your liquid base)
2 cups frozen strawberries 
1 small beet
1 tbsp chia seeds
Squeeze of lemon
Drizzle if honey

Makes 2

I like to top mine up with pomegranate seeds, raw granola and cashew cream. Variations are endless: fresh berries, greek yogurt, coconut yogurt, crushed nuts and seeds… Yum!
