Baked Stone Fruit

Fall is here. Time of bright colours: all shades of yellow, orange and
red (well, in some countries!)… This treat is a perfect match for
the season. Its sweet and sour taste pairs well as a topping for Greek
yogurt or porridge bowl, or you can eat it as it is – healthy yummy

Preheat the oven to 150 C.
Cut up an assortment of peaches, apricots and plums in quarters.
Place on the baking tray, drizzle with some oil (coconut, almond,
olive), sprinkle 1 T of cinnamon and 1/2 t salt.
Bake for 30min.
