Choco Date Chia seeds pudding

Chia seeds are not only considered to be a superfood bursting with nutrients, they also have a magical property… when mixed with liquid they turn into gel-like substance.  This can serve as a great base for all sorts of healthy yumminess that can be whipped up in a second!
Ingredients for 2 servings of choco date chia seeds pudding:

  • 3 tbps chia seeds.
  • 1 cup water.
  • 1 big juicy date.
  • 2 tbps cocoa powder.
  • 2 tbps date syrup.

Soak chia seeds in water until gelled up, preferably in the fridge for 30min. Chop up the date and throw in with the rest of ingredients.  Mix well and pour into serving bowls. Drizzle with a bit of extra date syrup. As easy as this.
