Tamsin have always been extremely active from a very young age. Having a deep interest in Naturopathy, maintaining a healthy and holistic lifestyle has always been important to her – mentally and physically. In 2013, She started taking Yoga seriously when dealing with PTSD after an illness. She saw a great impact in her overall health and have not looked back since, She thoroughly embrace this. She have been taken several courses in Mindfulness-Based-Cognitive-therapy as well as completing her 500hours of yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. She strongly incorporates mindfulness as part of her teaching method, bringing full body awareness through breath and alignment principles. Her classes are dynamic, mindful, creative and enjoyable which will leave anyone feeling strong and positive.
Tamsin is very passionate about seeing people progress and have great joy in promoting a healthy and a happy lifestyle.
